Battery Usage by App not Showing?

In iOS 9 on my iPhone 6, the battery usage by app is not showing when I go to Settings > Battery.

On my iPad Air 2, I quite rightly get this :

.....however, on my iPhone 6, in the same menu, it only shows this:

I've tried turning my phone off and back on and its been over an hour since I updated but its still not showing up???😕

......and also on another note I'm also not getting the battery %age icon in Notification Center as detailed here:

I think that will only show if you have the Apple Watch and linked to your iPhone...

....actually, yep, you're correct!!! A little research shows that it only shows up if you have a bluetooth device connected to your phone!!
