iPhone Battery usage not showing properly?

Hi guys just wondering if anyone else has this problem, ever since I jail broke the battery usage in my settings always shows "usage will be shown when iPhone is fully charged." My phone has been fully charged multiple times and this is not the first time it has told me this. Is anyone else having this problem?

one you are jailbroken, respringing or normal rebooting will reset that settings -> usage timer
