Battery Usage Not Showing Up

I noticed that the battery usage by app is not appearing on my iPhone on 9.0.2. It's present on my iPad running 9.0.2

Is anyone else having this issue?

I have the same problem.On my iPad is ok,but on my iPhone have a problem.both devices are on last beta 9.1b5

Yeah my iPad never had this problem either. A reboot fixed it but I have no idea why it would disappear in the first place.
