Battery usage not showing?

I have recharged my ip5 twice now and yet the battery usage in general settings is still blank.
Is this a bug?

I dont know could be, I have a 4 so I couldnt tell you. Normally when its jailbroken it wont tell you.. Its not plugged is it while youre checking?
