Battery usage not working?

Hello, I can not get any readings for battery usage on my 6S.
I works on my iPod and iPad but not iPhone.
It tells me to try again after using the phone a few minutes but nothing shows.
I have tried to reset all settings and charging to 100%.

It takes a bit to show up. I have seen a small delay at times but it finally appears after its used a little.
