my battery usage used to show 24 hours and 7 days and now I only show 24 hours. It's really weird. And it looks like it's not updating the usage for apps. Anyone see this before?

Are you using Low-power mode? The reason I ask is because the screen shot on the support page for Low Power Mode on Apple.com, it only shows "last 18 hours" and not the 7 day option either, so perhaps this is the cause? https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205234

Or another possibility, have you recently restarted your iPhone? Perhaps the stats are cleared after the iPhone is restarted.

Not using low power mode. Hadn't rebooted until I noticed the issue. Rebooted to try and clear the issue. Didn't work. Typically after reboot I lose the standby and usage hours at the very bottom but not the running 7 day stats.

Now I have last 2 days. It's like my phone's stats completely reset. Like it's a new phone. Nothing else is different though

Yup I've been seeing this too on every version of iOS 10 on my iPhone 7. Every once and awhile the battery stats will just reset out of the blue. It is a bug. It is low on their priority list if it's even on there!
