After playing music for 20 mins, the battery drops by about 8-10%. Is this normal? Previously on 3GS it used drop by 2-3%. Wifi, 3G, bluetooth all are off, no background apps running. What battery usage do you get?

That doesn't seem normal to me. Playing music uses very little battery on my iPhone 4; I would expect 2-3% at most for 20 min.

Should I take it to Apple store to check the battery, it's been only 2 months. Same happens when I am online. I usually keep wifi, LTE off, when I turn it on to check mails, even in less than 5 mins the battery drops by 1-2%. Just for playing music, my old 3GS seems to hold the battery better.
I wanted to first check what battery usage everyone is getting before going to the Apple store.
