Was wondering if anyone had gotten their payment via paper check yet? We opted for a check so it is easier for our AR department to track, rather than a bunch of $92.17 payments to a corporate account.

I received both of mine a few days ago.

What did the envelope look like? Did it have any identifying info on it?
Plain white envelope with a clear window for the address info. The return address on the paper behind my checks was visible, a barcode, and then my address. One envelope per check if you're expecting multiple.

We got ours today but submitted 3 and got $30 each. Is that right. I would think it would be 92$ each. We had 3 separate phones

I've read reports of others receiving $46.08, which is half of $92.17. Someone else said they got $30. Was yours something like $30.72? That would make it be a third.

Some people are thinking it has to do with the serial number being claimed multiple times. You didn't use the same serial number for all three of your claims, did you? You could check your claim confirmation emails if you still have them. Otherwise, did you sell these phones to other people who may have also submitted claims?

I used different serial numbers. I still have the phones at my house. Oh well I don’t know who I would take this up with. I obviously would not have submitted three if I knew we would get 92.17 no matter what. . The only thing I did is use the same address because all three of us are living here.

Well, we got our check and claim spreadsheet today and our VP of IT is not happy. Most of the claims were only paid out at 1/2 or 1/3 of the $92.17 per claim, which means someone else made duplicate claims with our serial numbers.

I am suspecting that Apple's use of sequential serial numbers means that the claims database was easily exploited by criminals.

Has anyone else received a check from Apple in this matter?

I got three checks in today's mail... figured that after 4-5 years, I wasn't going to see a dime...

$92.17, $92.17 and $46.08.

I got a $92.17 check today in the mail. I can't even remember when I filled out that claim back then. Lol.

Got a check today, $92.17. Same envelope and format as shown earlier in this thread. Also a nice surprise, I completely forgot I submitted my info.
