    In a similar thing, someone at work was having trouble getting their sons iPod nano working which they got him for christmas.... I offered to have a look to see if it would...

    What do I find? That it was:
    "Designed by Appls in California
    Assemblsd in China."

    How well do they work though? Firmware/hardware-wise. It'd be pretty neat if the firmware offers even half the features of the real thing.. are the screens glass?

    Wow. It even has mms, that's a dead giveaway that it's not an apple product.
