BBC iPlayer to go HD and get PS3 Integration

I've been using the browser on the PS3 to watch iPlayer programs but this suggests that it will be a native feature with HD content and resizable windows.

Oh thats smart. We were planning on getting a FreeSat box once our Sky subscription runs out just for BBC1 in HD, guess the iPlayer will just take over instead 🙂.

Yeah but what internet connection speed do you need for iPlayer in HD ? Plus it'll be of course locked out for us here in Ireland same as always 🙁
