BBC pics from the 80's

    Looked through these pictures this morning, lots of the comments are pretty blunt with most saying they are nothing much. What do MacRumors reckon? Normally I like looking through these kind of photo collections on the BBC but this time I was pretty non-plussed.

    My 1st thought was that they were from the 1960's. I'm not sure if that is due to my perspective (ack!) or Stiletto's intent.

    It's not excellent street photography. I'm not saying this because of composition or any technical reasons, I'm saying this because I can't feel any emotion from them. Just a little bland. The best two are the first one and the kiss.

    yeah I thought so too. Some of the more thoughtful comments on the BBC site questioned the use of B&W wondering if color might have better evoked the 80's. Lots of those tasteful shell suits! (I swear I never owned one my self).
