BBM problems.

I've been stuck on this screen for over 9 hours now. Downloaded the app at 3pm ect yesterday. Anyone have a few things I can try?

Tried deleting and reinstalling and shut off and on my phone numerous times. Confirmed my email address for bb id.

My wife's 5S having same issue. I've tried everything and haven't been able to get bypass this. On my 5S everything is fine.
