As to ATT/Verizon and white/black, that's the neat thing about adulthood; you can make decisions on our own. The "right choice" depends on your needs and preferences. 😀

Well you don't have to make the Square Trade vs. AppleCare tonight. You can buy AC anytime before the one year warranty expires. You might want to check w/ your CC as it might offer a one year extended warranty for free. I know my Visa and Amex do. They also offer 90 days accidental damage coverage.
