Beach Balls

I understand it's summer and Os-X 10.5.4 wants a little fun in the sun but honestly the beach balls appear more than i like it. To a point where almost every click in finder becomes a beach ball.

Why is this happening? Even after onyx session and restart i get this problem. Didn't happen before but it feels like ever since i updated it with 10.5.4

Any ideas?
 
I have noticed the same thing with 10.5.4 and wrote in to complain about it to ADC. We will see what.5 brings us.... So I want to know also.
