"Beamer" App - anyone seen this yet?

the only thing that works smoothly for me is .mp4s in itunes beamer is no better than screen mirroring which is watchable but def not as smooth, hopefully the peer to peer update in the new osx fixes this

What are your system/computer specs? Sounds like you may be experiencing hardware limitations.

AirParrot quietly added Beamer-like media streaming to their software. I was thinking about comparing quality to Beamer.

That should be good enough to play M2V's and AVIs.
Could also be your internet/Wireless data speed.

I have a 2011 MBP and it works just fine. I'm also using AirFlick which seems to run a bit more stable than Beamer.

I run beamer while also doing 3d Rendering and don't have problems. I've found no format that has issues being transmitted..

Ill have a look and try again then. I have a new router now so maybe itll be fine

Same machine as mine, but I have not seen any issues with beamer (it works smoothly).
