I say bear with me please because I have been running my online business with PC for 7 years now, and just yesterday opened up my Mac for the first time.

My question is about mail.

I need to create "folders", which I understand is really just creating a "new mail box".

Done.

The problem I am having is dragging new mail over to that specific folder/mailbox

When I try to drag it, nothing moves over.

When I right click and choose "move", that specific folder/mailbox, that option is not available (it is there but shaded so I cannot choose it).

Any and all help is appreciated :)

Click it once to highlight it, Jim. Then try dragging it over. Any luck?
Hey this may also sound stupid but are you using the button or the track pad when you click and drag? You have to make sure you use the button and hold it unless you change the settings in System Preferences. Let me know how it goes.

Yes I did take care of this, thank you.

I'm trying to enjoy the switch from PC to Mac, and so far so good!
