As far as I can make out it's about a 40 story building. Can that help in narrowing it down?

And sorry to sound like an ass, but that building looks very very very familiar to me. Maybe you see it regularly on TV and don't even know it. Or like Transic suggested, maybe it was on Seinfeld. That'd be my guess as well. Costanza worked there, no?

I was thinking that the photo doesn't show the entire building, and that it's a lot taller in reality than it appears in the photo.
