beatmatching mp3s for podcast in garageband?

hi there,
wonder if anyone can help.

i currently do a radio show and am thinking about moving to podcast instead. it's a mix of indie and dance and i'd like to blend all the tunes into each other to make one long mix and then drop jingles and spoken word on top. all is good with the indie tracks which fade into distortion but the dance tracks need to be beatmatched.

any idea of the best way of going about this? is it possible to do it in garageband? obviously they're originally in different bpms. do i need to use a different program?

any help gratefully appreciated.
