Beats have always been trash. Worst acquisition in Apple’s history.
I’m like that except it is my right ear. Luckily, comply tips work for me on APPs for my right ear. But these still fit better and have better battery power, so I use my BFP a lot more.

Right on the level of Placebase and PowerSchool.
and I'm sure it hasn't been profitable, which is why they killed off the brand....
The colors would work well if they made pointy ear versions of the headphones.

I'm not really the target audience for Beats products, either (boomer, normally more interested in sound quality than in bass punch). However, I think the Beats Fit Pro (ordered them from the US as they weren't available in Europe at the time) are still the best work out headphones I have ever had. I don't think the additional colours or the fact that some "celebrity" wears or advertises them makes them any worse...I've got them in pink (eehm "Stone Purple"), so those new ones would definitely be an improvement...

I wasn't commenting on their technical quality, just the branding/marketing. Nothing wrong with targeting the urban/hiphop market, but I'd think they could find someone less cringeworthy to do so. I hate Kanye, but at least he actually has some musical talent.
They're still the best wireless earbuds I've ever owned. Don't really care who they get to promote them.

Do you really think Apple’s environmental stance is anything more than about dollar signs? It’s just marketing to get people to buy their products.
Honestly, I'm in favor of of natural/neutral skin tone colors for ear phones (including air pods etc.). They serve a practical purpose. Just wish Apple did this bleeding obvious thing from the start - now if I get these there'll be no end of ribbing about the KK connection. Sigh.
Not sure why people are making such a big deal out of this. Beats has always done celebrity endorsements to sell their stuff and these colors would match well with a lot of skin colors and also would probably be popular with a feminine audience. Judge a product for what it is, not for how and what the company is advertising to you.
