Got a new set of Beats Flex last week. I love the audio quality! But on both my Mac and my iPhone, even with the volume down as low as it will go, the audio on these earbuds is painfully loud. It's fine when listening to music, and lets me bring the volume down very low there. But on phone / zoom calls, even the lowest volume possible is nearly deafening. What am I missing?

Maybe there are some profiles or so settings? Or another device with a mic is connected

Also, you may check eq settings as well, so stab/improve sound

Thanks!

What do you mean by a profile?

And is there an equalizer outside the music app? Where might I find that?

(Fwiw, the music app is fine. Phone, Google meet on desktop web, and Zoom are all way loud.)

Came here to confirm that the lowest call volume is still way too loud. Very weird that music playback can get much quieter but not regular phone calls or Teams meetings.
