Everyone stylizes and expresses themselves differently. What kind of person stares at those with face tattoos and feels they have to express their dislike for it on a tech site?

Of course everyone is entitled, within the law to do whatever turns one on. However I think people are staring because until further examination takes place it looks like his ear is leaking some dark fluid. I think most people are just concerned for him is all.

Meh. Styles change like clothing from decade to decade. But this is a style that will fade like others, however people will be stuck looking like this. Weren’t face tattoos reserved for hardened criminals ten years ago? What’s the appeal?
I was thinking the same thing. And then I thought I am just having a bias against the face tattoos so that's not cool on me. But actually, I think they needed the guy with the tattoos (which could even just be make up for the photo) because there is nothing unique about these headphones from any reasonable distance. They just look like Beats to me.
Anyway, guess this will be a hit somewhere in the universe.

He is not using tradition clothing, nor practicing anything else traditional, so fine, it's a statement, but it is meant to be off-putting.
Then again, with so many celebrities doing this now, it might remove the criminal stigma. But people not of those cultures still have the right to not enjoy seeing it. For example, it is FORBIDDEN in many cultures, so they historically see it as an affront to their way of life. It gets prickly when you are supposed to be inclusive of one tradition and dismissive of the other culture.
LOL. So true. People here are acting like we are judgmental for distrusting a person with a face tattoo. We have implicit bias for a reason. If you’re walking down a dark alley at night and you see an old woman with a walker you don’t feel threatened. If you are in the same dark alley and there is a large man with a face tattoo your implicit bias heightens your awareness of potential threat. People are so ‘accepting’ and ‘PC’ these days they expect us to ignore our internal flight, freeze, fight mechanism. Yeah, so, no I don’t trust a human with a face tattoo. Oh, and tattoos are so common now the effect has been lost and I’m now a minority. So don’t act like this is tyranny of the majority. It’s just a smaller group now calling out behavior of the herd. I’ll let it be at this and I’ll stop responding but I look forward to hearing all of you berate me for this. Kim Kardashian was asked why she never got a tattoo. She replied (paraphrasing here) that you’ll never see a bumper sticker on a Bentley. I believe that cuts to the core of self respect.

But, by comparison to AirPods, they alle suck irl.
Superior battery life is all they have on AirPods.

True - and I think he looks cool enough (no tatoos myself - but sure, looks fine on him) - but it's the cash-grab look that I find distasteful from Apple's side...
