As the title says I would need to buy a lightning to 3.5mm then a dongle to use it with my iPhone ?

Depends...You can connect wirelessly out of the box, via Bluetooth. But if you want to connect to something else, say that has a 3.5mm jack, you need a lightning to 3.5mm cable. Apple sells one for like $35 or you can find cheaper options on amazon.

I know it’s wireless which is why I bought them but sometimes I would like a wired connection.

Then yes, you will need an adapter. I went back and forth deciding between the Solo Pros or the Studio3’s. Tried both the other day and preferred the Studio3’s as they were more comfortable and have a 3.5mm jack as well. Plus it helped they were on sale for $100 less than the solo pros on amazon...

Yeah I had the studios but sold them didn’t like the Sound or the ANC. These are better imo but I would of liked the audio jack. Oh well need to buy a dongle and that cable I guess lol

BTW, how has your experience been with the comfort of the Solo Pro’s? One of the main things that made me go with the Studios over them was every review I found mentioned they would get uncomfortable because of the clamping force on the ears...
