I bought the Beats X Ear Phones at my local Apple retail store this morning. I brought them home and tested them out but have found the sound quality to be very disappointing.

I even tried the three optional ear buds included in the package to see if the sound quality could get any better but it was still pretty awful.

Could I bring the ear phones back to the Apple retail store to get a full refund? I feel like I wasted $150.00.

Thanks a lot.

Yes, you can. You're not happy with the product and you're within 14 day return period.

I'm returning mine as well. I was surprised how little range the earbuds have after reading other reviews. I don't have much to compare them to in terms of earbuds other than Apple's regular earbuds but I didn't think the sound was noticeably better. The only other earphones I've bought were the Bose over the ear QC15's. I think my expectations were too high.
