I bought the Beats X Ear Phones at my local Apple retail store this morning. I brought them home and tested them out but have found the sound quality to be very disappointing. I even tried the three optional ear buds included in the package to see if the sound quality could get any better but it was still pretty awful. Could I bring the ear phones back to the Apple retail store to get a full refund? I feel like I wasted $150.00. Thanks a lot.
