BeatsX Issues

So I've had my BeatsX from day one and recently I've been experiencing issues. Pressing the power button no longer guarantees the headset turning on. A long press then forces it to reconnect. The headset icon at the top appears and disappears at will. I also do not get a power down tone when powering off which forces a long press and putting it back into pairing mode. Anyone else having these issues? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You could try a reset

1. Hold down these two buttons for 10 seconds: Power button and Volume down button.
2. When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons.
