When 3.0 is released is Beejive going to be like SMS? What I mean is to know I am getting an IM will I get a on screen notification on my Beejive icon like I do when I get a text message? Thanks

Beejive has tweeted that they're in beta testing of their version for 3.0. So I'm guessing it'll be submitted as soon as Apple gives devs the thumbs up to submit 3.0 apps.

I read that under 3.0 push notifications would arrive promptly if you had service, but if you had no service at the time when the push happened that you would not only not receive it, but it would not arrive once you were back in the service area. This might seem like a small problem for most, but in my office I constantly lose service and get it back. I hope this will be fixed and end up working more like voicemail, where once you regained service you would be notified of the event.

There's a server for failures, it's just not available to devs yet.
