Hey guys,

By pure coincidence, I noticed that it's been over a year since I joined MacRumors... (see attached images)

And, I just thought I'd create this thread just to thank arn, the admins, moderators, contributers, and everyone else involved for the fantastic community of users at MacRumors Forums.

I've been using the service pretty much every day since I joined and have also recommended the forums to other Mac and iPod/iPhone users I know. It's also worth mentioning that MacRumors is responsible for my choice that made me switch from Windows to Mac last July - which is brilliant.

Once again, thank you.

Congrats mogzieee. That is a very impressive post count for being a member for only 1 year. Thank you for your contributions.
 
We're glad to have you here, mogzieee.

I noticed a forum milestone today (the kind of milestone I tend to notice, that is). As of today, MacRumors has 23 times as many members as it did when I joined. :cool:

I thought it seemed a little busier around this website!

And wow, thats a nice milestone. I think when MR reaches 300,000 users, a small celebrations should be in store, lol.

Been here since last summer... this is post 250 :)... I don't thnk I can go more than a day or two without visiting.. Like someone else said, It's part of my daily routine.. thanks to everyone that make this forum as pleasant as it is


Oddly enough, today has been 6 months and exactly 250 post. Are those not the qualifications for the MarketPlace?

Unbelieveable, I just posted my 250th post 1 minute ago. I also visit this site daily, but it has taken me over 2 years to get this post count. Congratulations on your (and my) graduation into the MarketPlace. I understand that it can take a little while for this to update and you can begin to participate in that forum.

Good to hear, congrats to you as well! When I first joined last August I was posting many times a day, especially with the release of the new Macbooks. Thats why I got up so so high in my post-count. Lately I have not posted quit as much but still visit daily and contribute as much as i can..

I think a special ceremony is due for our graduation!:p

I think it would be fascinating if we could track MR's growth via the Fibonacci Sequence.

Maybe we should have a special contest for the next time that happens! :p
