Beeping sounds in headphones

Whenever I use headphones in my MBP, before and after music or sound plays, I hear these weird beeps and clicks in my headphones. This seems to especially happen with sound from websites, but it also occurs in every application. Sometimes, the beeping won't stop until a new sound is played. When that happens, it's equivalent to the same sound you hear when your ears ring after a concert. I know it's not the headphones because I've used several sets of headphones, and they don't do this when I connect them to other audio sources, such as my iPhone or iMac.

Does anybody else have this problem?

It's because of the poor quality audio hardware that Apple has used in the MBP. It's supposed to be fixed in the latest models.

My speakers, when plugged into the headphone jack, do the same thing.

Yes, no matter what you plug into the port will be affected, since the problem lies with the audio hardware inside the MBP.
