Before I call Apple. USB trouble.

    I have one USB port that is not working at all. Or at least the OS doesn’t see anything I plug in. It did work. The last thing I recall using it for was a USB mouse.
    Has anyone else had this problem and did you fix it? :confused:

    If the USB is not working, then your only option is to call apple, there's no fix other then replacing the logic board

    It's probably worth seeing if a PRAM or SMC reset fixes it.

    Not sure how to do this but I will look it up. This is my first Mac.

    Thank you very much. The PRAM resetting worked great. :D
