I’m having this issue too. First gen version of this 3 in 1 charger.

I have the same issue, woken up at 4am twice now because the phone decides that it should go DING to let me know it has reconnected to the charger. I will have to take it off the charger at night for now.

It charges up just fine though, it feels mostly like something Apple could easily fix by muting all the charger sounds and vibrations while the phone is in sleep focus. I'm surprised it doesn't already work that way.

So my belkin 3 in 1 stand overheated my 15 pro all night for the first time ever. It hardly charged it over night and my phone was really hot. Not sure if standby mode had anything to do with it this time but I have had this stand for almost 3 years and never had that issue.

Just to add, might not be the MagSafe stand fault, 15pro have had overheating issues as is.

I bought the Belkin before reading this thread — probably wouldn’t have if I had read it first! That said, seems to working fine for now. I also just received the Anker cube that I thought would be good for travel and my other house (the Belkin is too bulky to move around). It is a very cool design! Tiny also. However it is disconcertingly heavy — great for stability, maybe not so great to haul around. But a clever device to be sure.

This. I noticed it when having the phone sound rocker switch set to on at night. This happens quite often when the phone is switching from decharging to charging. Annoying.

Disabling charing sounds when the Sleep focus is on seems a no brainer indeed.

Just so others are aware, this issue STILL exists a year later. I purchased mine last month, and it was fine until this week, when I now have to unplug and replug it from the wall outlet to get it to charge my phone. It's borderline insanity that they are still producing these things a year later with the same issue.

That’s crazy that this still exists. I’m glad I gave up on them and chose another brand.

Mine got resolved when iOS 17 released - had originally been a problem on iPhone 14 Pro for me and then stopped when I updated to iOS 17. Hasn’t been an issue anymore on iPhone 15 Pro Max or 16 Pro Max.

I read about similar issues with other brands which made me wonder if there was a software issue with the MagSafe handshake, but maybe not?
