Oh lord. I tried to get help with a faulty iphone case. This lady kept asking me what is wrong with your armband I started shouting after the third time telling her WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? It got even worse when she just asked me to remove my product from the armband and take out the button. I didnt even know if she was talking to me at this point. Im giving up. Im just going to return the case to best buy for my money back. I dont want to deal with belkin tech support ever again.
