Belkin international customer service

    Oh lord. I tried to get help with a faulty iphone case.
    This lady kept asking me “what is wrong with your armband”

    I started shouting after the third time telling her “WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?”

    It got even worse when she just asked me to remove my product from the armband and take out the button. I didn’t even know if she was talking to me at this point.

    I’m giving up. I’m just going to return the case to best buy for my money back. I don’t want to deal with belkin tech support ever again.

    So what exactly was the problem with the armband? :D. I kid, I actually returned mine today for the flash issue to best buy with no problem. I'm just going with the bumper instead.

    yeah. I have no problem with foreign people, but jeez. If these people are tech support for the united states at least give them some training on the products or a crash course on the primary language.

    I started lolling. I even said “Don’t ask me about an arm band, this is not an arm band, do you understand?”
    She said, “Yes sir, one moment.” Then comes back, “Can you please take the ipod out of the arm band?”

    AGHHHHHH!
