Hi,

Has anybody in the UK had any issues with the invisiglass ultra and the iPhone X and had success with getting Apple to replace it or redo it?

I paid £30 for it and they fitted it instore, it’s been on for 3 weeks and it’s started to bubble in quite a few places and is coming away in one corner. Just wanted to check if anybody had experience with it as I don’t fancy going to the Apple Store with all the Christmas shoppers for them to say there’s nothing that they’ll do.

Thanks

A friend of mine went to the apple store in Liverpool today to get one fitted, and was told that apple has discontinued selling them because of quality concerns.

Cheers. Will brave it and go in and see what they say but if they’ve discontinued due to quality concerns then I guess that’s grounds for a full refund.

I would think so. They’ve even removed the glass version from the online store.

Pretty sure mines the glass version too, will go in on Friday and see what they say. Thanks again.

My screen protection cracked 3 weeks after putting in on my brand new iPhone X, without any reason...

I went to the Apple Store (Belgium) to ask if it's covered under warranty and if they can change it. Answers to both questions are "No" : It is not covered under warranty, and they have an out-of-stock on the screen protection.

Surprisingly the screen protection left the online apple store. It has definitely been discontinued in my opinion.

Looking at the Belkin official website, wee see 2 new references :
Screenforce invisiglass ultra screen protector : http://www.belkin.com/us/p/P-F8W862/
Screenforce tempered curved screen protection : http://www.belkin.com/us/F8W867-Belkin/p/P-F8W867/

I'll drop a mail to belkin to see their answer about that.
