Remember faster charging means reduced battery life (fewer charge/discharge cycles).
It doesn’t necessarily mean that.

It really is relative to how long and how often the device is wirelessly charged.

Also, I suspect this type of wireless charging unit from Belkin, would probably be an alternative and not the primary for most peoples use cases.

I love my boost charge pro. Worth every €€€. Would echo what others say here insofar as fast charging for Apple Watch is nice to have, but over night is when 95% of us are charging with the unit, so it’s not a must have upgrade.

Since I'm still using my iPhone XR, this does me no good. I seem out of luck to get something that will Fast Charge my Series 7 Watch and also still charge the XR. I'm a bit surprised Apple hasn't updated the MagSafe Duo yet.
The XR will charge at the bottom where you’re supposed to charge the AirPods. I do this daily on the original model. Of course, that’s only 5W, so the phone wouldn’t be fast-charging.

I have one. I love it, but it has one thing that could be improved to make it a perfect product. I wish the phone charger could tilt up and down, like the Satechi one does. I use this on my bedside table and because the phone is tilted upwards, it's difficult to comfortably watch video content while lying in bed. Although, maybe I just need a lower bedside table or a TV in my room.

That’s pretty slick looking. And Belkin has a good name for itself, but I do suspect that this product is probably just for the tech nerds who really want an all-in-one for $150.00.

Specifically what I like most about this, is the floating design with the iPhone and Apple Watch -versus- just the ‘lay flat’ design.
Yes, the phone is far more usable in this position than when laying flat.

I have the first gen version and I charge my personal phone iPhone, work iPhone and Apple watch at the same time.

This Belkin one uses a lot of metal, and very solid plastics. Literally looks and feels like it was made by Apple. It includes the charging brick, which I imagine is more reliable than the plethora of re-badged bricks on Amazon. It has Apple-approved MagSafe for both the iPhone and watch charger. Those are like $40/$30 each directly from Apple.

Most importantly, it's very reliable. I don't have unplug to reset it, every time I use any of the 3 chargers, my devices begin to charge every single time.
Steve Jobs has been dead for over 10 years but his reality distortion field still affects people.

$150 USD for a bit of plastic and some metal. LOL.

This is my favorite charger and glad to see they improved it. However, afraid to upgrade, since I upgrade my Pro model phone every year and also my watch. What if they update speeds in next release, which is not far away and then this charger is already obsolete? Would be nice if the brought this out last Fall.

Why would you suspect that? Doesn't it make more sense that most people put this on their night stand and use it as their primary means of charging their devices together at night whilst they're asleep?

I love mine. I wear watch 24/7. I was looking forward to upgrading watch and getting fast charge this fall. Oh well, I'll get over it and just remember to charge during day. I work from home, I have the time. Life is hard. LOL

I have both of the old models, they are fantastic and I got them on eBay for over 60% off. Super high quality and I'm sure the new model will be great as well.

Just ordered this charger as I have been looking for a way to simplify my nightstand. I was really interested in v1 but the price wasn’t justified for slower Apple Watch charging (especially when you need a quick charge during a shower). I also didn’t realize it came in black so that was a nice surprise.

PS: If you use a coupon on the Belkin website you can get 10% off!

Just picked it up. First time using anything magsafe besides my Apple Watch charger. So far I am liking that I no longer need 3 cables in the event that I have to charge all 3 devices at the same time (which is quite often)

On their compatibility chart they only list the AirPods gen 2 and the Pros. I have the regular gen 3 AirPods .
Anybody have this unit with the Gen3 AirPods working?

Belkin makes an other 3-in-1 charger that supports fast charging on AW7, which is a mat. It should be fine to charge your XR on the MagSafe puck, because it is flat
Yep looks a good option for most that one and better for traveling
