Have the BPB002 and it is (was) quite impressive. Any good suggestions what to get as a replacement?

Has anyone tried submitting a claim yet? I've tried in two different browsers and have the same issue....hit submit...the confirmation page shows blanks next to where the case # should be.
Same here, the page says submission successful, but no case ID. I'll give it a few days and see if I get any response by e-mail.
 
It's a shame as it's the only stand that uses DockKit! Such a big hole in the market for a native iOS feature that came out in 2023..

do companies tend to fix this and re-release the product?

I received my completed payment this morning, $99.99. The choice was PayPal or ACH, I picked PayPal and the money is in my account.

Although fairly straightforward, there seemed to be several steps involved, including HSBC as a payment processor. Not totally unexpected considering real money is changing hands, but be prepared for a half-dozen emails and acknowledgments you must provide, in order to keep the process moving along.

Oddly, no instructions on what to do with the recalled Stand Pro.

How long did it take from your claim being accepted to getting an email for payment? I had my claim accepted two days ago and was told I would receive an email to select how to receive the cash payment but nothing has come since...

One business day. I submitted on a Friday, it was approved this past Monday, on Tuesday I got the payment instructions.
 
Turns out they batch approve all the requests on Monday of each week. So having submitted on a Tuesday, it took until the following Monday to get the email from HSBC with payment instructions. Hopefully this will be useful for someone else in terms of timing...

I submitted mine on the weekend and nothing yet :/
 
It has been 7 days (excluding weekend) for me and no feedback whatsoever. Still wondering whether it really went through as the page did not show a case ID.
