The Belkin covers a small bit more than the Incipio does around the edges. The Incipio locks the smart cover in so it can't come off. They are both fine cases - depends on what is more important for you. For me, the smart cover coming off an iPad 2 was really annoying to the point I stopped using it. Now it works great.
