Just got the Belkin TB dock for my MBA and so far so good. The only problem I'm having is with the sound. Every time I reconnect to the dock (or restart the computer) I have to go into system prefs and specify the sound card in the dock vs the on board sound. Does anyone know a way to avoid doing this each time?

No, but I have a quicker way for you to switch. Hold Option key, click the volume icon on the top menu bar - much easier than going into System Preferences.
