Bell Mobility TV App?

I'm a Bell customer and very excited about this app that lets you stream TV so long as you're a Bell customer.

However, a review said it'll charge you $10 on your next bill if you do. Can it do this? I didn't let it, I thought it was free.

Does it just use data?

I don't know. Maybe calling Bell would answer your question. Knowing Bell, they will charge you for most of their services.
