Bellsouth email won't work in mail

I have been trying to set my bellsouth email account up in the mail app for a long time, and it just doesn't work right. It can get incoming mail, but won't connect to the outgoing server.😕 Help please!

Is your Internet connection that you're on now a Bellsouth one?

At one time, they wouldn't allow you to send email thru their servers if you were on any other Internet connection.

okay, just figured it out go to new account take security off both.
