I did took it to the apple authorised service station but they are trying to avoid the warranty claim without even checking the device. They simply took some pictures of the device and escalated to other team without submitting the damaged device with them and handed over the device to me.I am doubtfull on what factors/checklist they took the decision that my device could not be covered under warranty without carrying out any physical inspection.

I already registered a complaint with apple online support team.Meanwhile I am looking for some other options so that the issue is solved as soon as possible.
If anyone faced similar problems can anyone give suggestions.

To be clear, you're in India, correct? And you're taking your phone to an Authorized Service Provider and NOT an actual Apple Store, correct?

iPhone 6 or 6 Plus?

Either way, why not bend it back which will resolve the issue and next time, don't sit on it.

I never sat on the phone neither I keep phone in back pocket of my jeans.
If it would have been so easy to bend the phone back to its original structure neither apple nor the customers would have suffered from the bending issue

If I take the phone to apple store they will simply request me to take the phone to any authorised service center for any problem.Apple store focuses on selling the products and not in providing services.Anyways I will also try your suggestion and take the phone to apple store, lets see what happens

So Apple's quality and service also varies from country to country. But apple's prices are almost similar in any country then how come they provide different services according to country.

As far as I know, there are no official Apple Stores in India. An Apple Store is a store owned by Apple where they sell Apple devices. What you're talking about seems like a store owned by someone other than Apple selling Apple devices.

Front pocket: Lean on something, it will bend. Tighter pants, thin aluminum, in time it can still bend.
