Can anyone with jailbreaked devices say what are the benefits of jailbreaking ?

Only benefits i care about are MYWI and 3G unrestrictor, thats it because all those other things I think slow ur jailbroking phone up, like THEMES for ur SPRINBOARD, causes the phone to Crash and reboot, or just installing some other packages from the sources, Now all these effects took place on 3.1.2 and 3.1.3, but i have not install alot on my jaibroking 3g on 4.0.1, it might b different, all i have on my phone are the two i named at the top, IFILE, fontswap, and installous, No themes
