This is a small review of the "The Unique PRO 0.20 mm Black Apple iPhone 6 Plus Full Front Glass Screen Protector" (wow that's a mouthful). You can find the full specifications at:

This is a sample I received from BenksUSA (a user here on MacRumors). If you look for some of his posts in this forum you will find that he has been recently offering samples. Despite this being a sample I will try to remain as unbiased as possible.
First, some photos:
I am very happy with the fit around the home button and the speaker. TouchID is just as easy to use as it was before. Even though there are full cutouts for the camera and sensors I don't seem to have a problem using either the front camera or auto brightness. In terms of feel, when using the phone naked the screen protector you will definitely notice the screen protector when shuffling it around in your hand. As you can see in the photos there is some potential for snagging something in between the phone and the protector. I, however, do not plan to use this naked so this isn't as much of an issue for me. Another thing I have noticed (and I am sure you will to) is the slight clear line around the edge of the screen. Although I would prefer that not to be there, I don't really notice it when I have the screen on and am using the phone. I believe that I have seen this same issue with other glass screen protectors so I think it is just something I am going to have to deal with.
My main reason for this screen protector was that I was hoping I could use it with the two cases I own. Fortunately, it works great with both.
Below is my Ringke Slim:
and my Magpul:
As you can see with both cases, there is an extremely small amount of space between the screen protector and the case itself. When holding it in my hand and looking at it from the front I can't even tell there there is any space at all. For me, this is as close as its going to come to a perfect fit with these cases. I even still have a small lip with both cases with the screen protector on.
My last point I want to make is that I have noticed a couple faint lines near the corners of the screen (I tried to capture one of them in the below photo). It seems to get larger when I put pressure on it but I am hoping it is just some of the adhesive curing and will eventually go away.
Overall, I think this screen protector is perfect for those who have a case and want additional protection for the screen. It likely will not work with all cases (I've only tested these two) but for these two cases I am extremely happy with it. My only current concern now is the small hazy line in the photo above but I'll update this thread in a few days to let you know if it has gone away.
