bent sim card tray

I found this difficult to open to place a new sim card into my iphone 5s, I used a paper clip, and it bent the sim tray where the hole is.

is there any way to bend it so it is somewhat flat where it is back into the phone?

I'm surprised the apple store won't just give you a new sim card tray if you show up
