    That M4 you linked is a very good choice and is often recommended in this thread.

    Good choice. I just popped the same SSD into my early 2011 15" I7 MBP with superb results. Bought mine from newegg for a little less than crucial's site price.

    Will the M4 require the Trim Enabler app when running Lion? Bear in mind its a 2010 MBP.

    The M4 has built in garbage collection and does not require the TRIM hack. Some like to do it anyway, but I am not a fan of using system hacks like this that may corrupt your data.
