Best 20-22" LCD for under $200?

Anyone have any advice? Need an external for my new aluminum MacBook.

I don't have money for a high-end screen. I've seen some decent Dell and Samsung monitors in this price range, are they not decent?

I could go up to $250, if necessary, but any higher than that is going to be hard to justify to the misses.

Dell is fine, but the cheaper the dell display the worse off you'll be.
