It depends what sports you like. If you don't have any understanding of hockey, skip over NHL11. It's my favorite game and I'm a huge hockey fanatic, but whenever I get other people to play with me, they just don't understand how to play. The game is amazing when it comes to gameplay and everything, but if you don't understand hockey you will just be frustrated.
FIFA11 is fun and also great when it comes to gameplay. People seem to have less trouble with that game 😛 I guess it's because more people understand football.
The other two I can't comment on since I haven't touched them. If you want a racing game though, I'd recommend waiting for Test Drive Unlimited 2 (it's supposed to be released in like 2 weeks). From videos so far it looks like it will be a great racing game, something between a sim and an arcade.
