Keep an eye out for Galcon to go on sale again, it has been on sale as low as .99 recently. It's the only game that for me that has long term reply value. I have been playing it almost daily for well over 6 months. It's worth it for the online multiplayer alone. They just added a new 2v2 team based multiplayer and it's become an entirely new game for me!

Best 99 cent game that doesn't get boring?

So I bought Flight Control, and I LOVE it! It actually doesn't get boring, especially because the next update will bring more airports. Thanks a lot for the suggestions! If anyone still has a suggestion, I am open and will keep monitoring this thread every day.
Well I'm admittedly Bias because it is an App I developed but The Perfect Touch (it's basically that old game Perfection) and I made sure it was extremely challenging to the point that if you want to beat every setting you'll be trying for quite some time I assure you.

The control scheme on this sucks. It's not like the old Konami Track and Field button mash - instead the buttons come up randomly on different sides of the screen. Frustrating. It lasted all of 12 hours on my phone before I deleted it and gave it 2 stars.
Althought I do agree that Pocket God does get boring, the good part is the weekly updates, which give you something new to do every week.
Sure you'll get bored after a day or 2, but 5 days later you get something new.

I find it hard to go wrong for 99 cents. Labyrinth 3D is awesome, any pangea game, idracula, toybots is good but may get old after completing, I love vecotr tanks for nostalgia, slotz is loads of fun, I think zombie attack goes on sale for 99 cents sometimes. This htread got me to pick up otto matic!
For $0.99 I like Word Warp. Also a big fan of Drop 7 although it's $2.99. I'm not bored of it yet though and I've been playing it for about a month non-stop. Well worth it when you stack it up to a bunch of $0.99 cent ones that I played a couple times and haven't touched since. And if you're in the mood to go beyond $0.99 and pay a buck more, I would recommend GeoTap at $1.99 - also been playing it non-stop without fatigue.

I play Uniwar too....its awesome! i love the multiplayer turn base system. Campaign is hard though, I can't get past mission 7. Any suggestions?
Just completed all 50 levels of it. Now I m no 1 highest scorer. Ahem only in my country(India btw). 36th top scorer world wide. Took me about 20+ hrs spread over 2 weeks. Totally worth it for 99cents. I'll recommend it once again.
Also tried geo defence lite. Loved it way more than enigmo while I was playing the easy levels. Unfortunately the medium levels proved too difficult for me and after trying 3-4 times I went back to finishing Enigmo. Still Ill buy it as soon as it goes on some sale.
Thanx to everyone who recommended flight control to OP I went ahead and bought it. It's a good time pass but there is one major flaw. The game is very slow until you reach 30-40 landings and after that it becomes too fast to handle. One mistake and you are back to square one. There should be levels instead so that you don't have to go through the easy level again and again.
Also bought doodle jump. Cute grafix. A very innovative high scores display. But didn't like it for some reason. I dont know why but the tilt control wasn't responsive on my iPhone for this particular game. The same game on my friends iPod touch seemed much more resposive though. May be my 2g iPhone is now showing it's age. Anyways that's even more reason to get the new iPhone this year.
