Best ad blocker software which has a whitelist?

I’ve been using Wipr on my MacBook for a while now and think its brilliant, but it doesn’t have a whitelist or ability to enable on a per-site basis from within the web browser.

is there any software which works well and can easily be enabled/disabled quickly for sites?
