Best and (preferably free) resolution switching apps?

Looking for your opinions on the best and PREFERABLY free resolution switching apps.

I'm using After Effects and the text is wayyy too small for my eyes. So I want my Mac to automatically switch resolution for After Effects ONLY and make the text big whenever I use the app instead of me having to manually change the resolution of the whole system.

Yes. For After Effects, to be specific. Because the UI text is too small for me to easily see.
