Whats your best and worst iOS version and why?
for me:
Best: iOS4 (stable, quick, fresh look, no black background, amazing on iPod touch).
---------------------
Worst: iOS8 (Buggy, big size, horrible on iPad's, nightmare launch and 8.0.1 update made iPhone unusable, apps crashes. and iOS8 for some reason hates YouTube app)

Whats yours?

iOS 7, because it was a whole new look to everything. made for a brand new phone.

There is no "worse" for me as every new version of iOS introduced additional features. I'm a fan of new features.

Best: iPhone OS 1 - Because it was new.

Worst: iOS 6 - Mainly because I'm sick of hearing how great it was.

hhhhhhhhh never figure out why too. I guess because its the last iOS made by Scott Forstall

Worst iOS 8/Yosemite . So many terrible bugs

Miss my combo of ios6, and snow leopard. Maybe I'm looking back with rose colored glasses, but I seem to remember my Mac, and phone to both be absolutely rock solid on both. My 6+, and 2015 MbpR both have specs that absolutely decimate my 5s, and 2010 mba but both freeze, crash, and lag way worse.

Best for A4 and A5 devices: 6.1.3 (A4 and A5 can't handle the iOS 7 design well because of its animations and aesthetics.)

Worst: 7.0-7.0.4; 8.0-8.0.2; 9.0-9.0.1

Best for A6 and A7 devices: 7.1.2 or 8.4.1 (both are stable and fast.)

Worst: 7.0-7.0.4; 8.0-8.0.2

Best for A8 devices: 8.4.1 (because 9.0/9.0.1 lags on the iPhone 6/6 Plus.)

Worst: 9.0-9.0.1

Best for A9 devices: 9.0.1 (even though iOS 9 lags, A9 devices are so fast that the lag would be gone or negligible on these devices.)

Worst: 9.0
