Best app for $0.99

What is app worth buying for $0.99? Asking because I have to spend this amount and that I will be able to chnge country of my account (it is always better buying anything or just asking itunes support for clearing remaining founds 😉)

GoodReader is probably the best 99 cents I've spent on an app so far. But it does depend on what you do with your iPad.
